Dale Sights

President & CEO of MARC

He is a native of Henderson County where he has resided during his entire lifetime. His business activities have included industry and banking. Dale has multiple years of recovery from alcoholism. WARM and other recovery activities provide him the opportunity of giving back to those who suffer from addiction.

Nicole Frields

Chief Operating Officer

Nicole Frields is a Henderson native and a graduate of Henderson County High School. She is a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor and obtained a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration from Western Kentucky University. She is the mother of two.

Connie Cook

Medical Director/Safe Off the Streets (SOS) Coordinator

Mrs. Cook is a registered nurse and has held nursing positions at several area hospitals.  She has worked at WARM since 2007.  Mrs. Cook and her husband Ron have three daughters, one grandson and two granddaughters.

Sharice Benson

Chief Financial Officer

Mrs. Benson, wife of David Benson and a native of Indianapolis, IN., is a certified alcohol and drug abuse counselor with an extensive background in the field. She has Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Evansville.

Aaron Brown

Director, Recovery Services

Aaron is a native of Bowling Green, KY.  He is a MARC alumni, and has been with the program since 2017.  Currently Aaron is pursuing a degree in Sociology at SKYCTC.  He takes pride in leading MARC and helping others on their journey through recovery.

Jason Loeser

Phase I Coordinator

Jason is a native of Louisville ky. He has a wife and 3 kids and has been working at the MARC Center since opening in 2016. Jason takes great pride in seeing clients transition back into society, living happy and fulfilling lives.

Ben Lucas

12-Step Coordinator

Ben Lucas is a native of Henderson Ky.  He is a graduate of Henderson County High School and an alumni of Recovery Ky.  Ben has been working at the MARC center since opening in 2016. His goal is to help others recover from addiction. He is passionate about recovery and believes in the mission at MARC.

Clint Brewer

SOS Coordinator

Clint is from Central City, Ky. He is also an alumni of Recovery Ky.  Clint has worked and been involved with serval different treatment facilities. His passion is to help others and see lives change.

John Jones

Transitional Program Coordinator

John was born and raised in Henderson, Ky.  He is an alumni from MARC and been in recovery since 2019.  He loves working with people in need of life changing circumstances and those suffering from the disease of alcoholism. Seeing others turn their life around makes his job all worth the while at the end of each day.
