Dale Sights
President & CEO of WARM
Dale has served as President-CEO of the Center for Addiction Recovery, Inc. since the company’s inception during 2007.
At such time he and his wife Margaret Ann, along with many other associates, partnered with Wabuck Development Co. to create Warm, and subsequently the MARC facility in Bowling Green.
He contends that his work in this critical field is a token investment in view of his fortunate thirty-five years of recovery from Alcoholism.
Nicole Frields
CADC, MBA, MSW
Nicole has been with the Center for Addiction Recovery of Henderson, Inc. since its inception in 2007. She oversees programs at Women’s Addiction Recovery Manor, Men’s Addiction Recovery Campus, WARM Residences, the Recovery Resource Club of Henderson, and the Stop The Overdose Project. She earned a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration from Western Kentucky University and a Master of Social Work from Northern Kentucky University and is certified by the state of Kentucky as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Nicole also serves on the board of the Recovery Kentucky Housing Partnership, and is a proud mother of two.
Sharice Benson
Chief Financial Officer
Mrs. Benson, wife of David Benson and a native of Indianapolis, IN., is a certified alcohol and drug abuse counselor with an extensive background in the field. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Evansville.
Aaron Brown
Director, Recovery Services
Aaron, a native of Bowling Green, KY, is a proud MARC graduate and has been dedicated to the organization since 2017. Currently completing the social work program at Western Kentucky University, Aaron is committed to using his education to enhance the services MARC provides to its clients. Aaron values leadership not only at MARC but also within the community and at home, where he takes great pride in raising his three wonderful children.
Billy Messamore
APSS, CADCA-1, CSA
Transitional Program Coordinator
Billy Messamore, APSS, CADCA-1, CSA is a native of Western Kentucky and an alumni of the Men's Addiction Recovery Campus (MARC), where he has been involved since 2020. He specializes in supporting adults struggling with addiction and currently serves as the Transitional Program Coordinator, Adult Peer Support Specialist, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor Associate 1, and Community Support Associate at MARC. Billy is also pursuing his bachelor’s degree in psychology. He finds the most fulfillment in his work by guiding individuals through their recovery journey and helping them become the best versions of themselves. The greatest reward for Billy is witnessing the transformation of clients as they reconnect with their families and rebuild their lives.
Jason Loeser
Phase I Coordinator
Jason is a native of Louisville, KY. He has a wife and three kids and has been working at the MARC Center since it opened in 2016. Jason takes great pride in seeing clients transition back into society, living happy and fulfilling lives.
Clint Brewer
SOS Coordinator
Clint is the Intake Coordinator and a Peer Support Specialist. Clint is from Central City, Kentucky, and an Alumnus of Recovery Kentucky. He has worked in the Recovery field since 2010. Clint is responsible for the intake process and the supervisor of the Monitors. He oversees the new Clients while they are in SOS and as they transition into the MT portion of the program. His passion is to help people find their path to recovery and give Spiritual guidance.
Bruce DeArmond
PSS and Operations Manager
Bruce is the Operations Manager at Men's Addiction Recovery Campus and a certified Peer Support Specialist. He has been with MARC since 2022 when he was hired as an SOS Monitor immediately after graduating from the program. Bruce oversees the day-to-day operations as well as the maintenance and appearance of the facility. From Muhlenberg County Kentucky, he and his fiancé are parents to five children and two grandchildren. Bruce is passionate about helping others gain a new and better way of life.
Elliott Geer
Housing Coordinator
Elliott is a Henderson native and a graduate of Henderson County High School. He is an alumni of MARC and has been with the program since 2022. He is a certified Adult Peer Support Specialist. Elliott takes pride in helping others rebuild their lives just like those who helped him, he believes in the mission at MARC.
Joshua Abrams
Administrative Assistant
Joshua is a native of Bowling Green, Ky. He is M.A.R.C. alumni and has been in recovery since June of 2022. He has found a new passion in life working with others that suffer from the disease of alcoholism and helping them transform their lives for the better. Joshua is currently enrolled at S.K.Y.C.T.C., pursuing a degree in social work and is a certified Adult Peer Support Specialist.
Joshua Lindsey
LEAD S.O.S. Monitor
Josh is a native of Bowling Green Ky. He is a MARC Alumni and has been with our program since 2022. Josh is currently pursuing a degree at SKYCTC. He is a certified Adult Peer Support Specialist and is the Lead S.O.S. Monitor at Marc Recovery. Josh enjoys spending time with his family and working with others in recovery. Getting to watch other people turn their lives around is the greatest part of his life today.
