Dale Sights

President & CEO of WARM

Dale has served as President-CEO of the Center for Addiction Recovery, Inc. since the company’s inception during 2007.

At such time he and his wife Margaret Ann, along with many other associates, partnered with Wabuck Development Co. to create Warm, and subsequently the MARC facility in Bowling Green.

He contends that his work in this critical field is a token investment in view of his fortunate thirty-five years of recovery from Alcoholism.

Nicole Frields

CADC, MBA, MSW

Nicole has been with the Center for Addiction Recovery of Henderson, Inc. since its inception in 2007. She oversees programs at Women’s Addiction Recovery Manor, Men’s Addiction Recovery Campus, WARM Residences, the Recovery Resource Club of Henderson, and the Stop The Overdose Project. She earned a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration from Western Kentucky University and a Master of Social Work from Northern Kentucky University and is certified by the state of Kentucky as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Nicole also serves on the board of the Recovery Kentucky Housing Partnership, and is a proud mother of two.

Sarah Nicholson

Chief Financial Officer

Sarah Nicholson, a Hoosier native, now resides in Henderson, Kentucky, where she has experienced the most gracious welcome. After successfully completing WARM’s recovery program in 2024, she joined the organization’s team. Her work fulfills her daily ambition to be of maximum service to others by helping them turn past errors into valuable assets. Sarah is a graduate of Indiana University and Ivy Tech Community College and will complete her Master of Social Work from Northern Kentucky University in 2026. In her spare time, she enjoys watching sports, trying local restaurants and sweet treats, exploring new places with friends, and spending time with her four nephews and niece. Her cats hold a very important place in her life, although she remains convinced that they think she works solely to support their lifestyle.

Aaron Brown

Director, Recovery Services

Aaron, a native of Bowling Green, KY, is a proud MARC graduate and has been dedicated to the organization since 2017. Currently completing the social work program at Western Kentucky University, Aaron is committed to using his education to enhance the services MARC provides to its clients. Aaron values leadership not only at MARC but also within the community and at home, where he takes great pride in raising his three wonderful children.

Josh Abrams

APSS, CADCA-1, CSA

Community Outreach Coordinator

Joshua is a native of Bowling Green, Ky. He is M.A.R.C. alumni and has been in recovery since June of 2022. He has found a new passion in life working with others that suffer from the disease of alcoholism and helping them transform their lives for the better. Joshua is currently enrolled at S.K.Y.C.T.C., pursuing a degree in social work and is a certified Adult Peer Support Specialist.

Jason Loeser

Phase I Coordinator

Jason is a native of Louisville, KY. He has a wife and three kids and has been working at the MARC Center since it opened in 2016. Jason takes great pride in seeing clients transition back into society, living happy and fulfilling lives.

Joshua Lindsey

Housing Coordinator

Josh is a native of Bowling Green Ky. He is a MARC Alumni and has been with our program since 2022. Josh is currently pursuing a degree at SKYCTC. He is a certified Adult Peer Support Specialist and is the Lead S.O.S. Monitor at Marc Recovery. Josh enjoys spending time with his family and working with others in recovery. Getting to watch other people turn their lives around is the greatest part of his life today.
